Hello Readers! I know that I disappeared for a while but a lot has happened in my life, ANYWAY! I am back with a short but very useful post. We were trying to enroll a device with Company Portal and we were getting the error above. We have enrolled tons of devices so we were sure that this error was caused by something on the phone rather than the Intune configuration. Continue reading to see how we resolved it ….
First we performed an iOS downgrade with iTunes from 14.6 to 14.4

Then the device was updated to iOS 14.7, following the regular process.
- Plug your device into power and connect to the internet with Wi-Fi.
- Go to Settings > General, then tap Software Update.
- If you see two software update options available, choose the one that you want to instal
- Tap Install Now. If you see Download and Install instead, tap it to download the update, enter your passcode, then tap Install Now
Finally the Intune profile was installed succesfully using Company Portal.
